Kimberly began her career in the insurance industry in the spring of 1999 at an independent insurance agency, working part-time through her final year of high school and throughout college. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across all facets of the industry—including claims, life and health, commercial and personal insurance, management, and accounting. Kimberly is licensed in both New Jersey and New York.
As Vice President of Agency Operations at Grupo-Sosa, Kimberly works closely with agency owners, staff, and carrier partners to ensure operational excellence and strategic growth. A passionate and dedicated leader, she prides herself on empowering others to reach their full potential. Kimberly believes that true leadership means sharing knowledge and fostering growth within a team—values that drive both individual and organizational success.
Outside of her professional career, Kimberly married her husband, Rich, in September 2023. She is affectionately known as “Aunt Kimmie” to her beloved nephews and niece and actively volunteers with the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Adopt a Soldier Platoon, an organization supporting U.S. service members. Her passion for this cause is deeply personal—her brother served in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division and was deployed to Iraq from 2008 to 2009, during which time Kimberly was first introduced to the charity.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband Rich, family and friend. Each year, she looks forward to relaxing on Long Beach Island, where she can unwind by the pool and enjoy the company of loved ones.
