Dennis Rivell
Senior Account Executive
Dennis Rivell began his career in public affairs in the summer of 1990 as a legislative aide to his uncle, New Jersey State Senator Thomas Foy. Now, 35 years later, Dennis is a respected public affairs professional with extensive experience at all levels of government. He is also a licensed property/casualty insurance producer specializing in public entities.
He founded Foy Public Affairs Group, a full-service public affairs firm named in honor of his uncles, Joseph and Thomas Foy, who shaped his understanding of government and politics. The firm specializes in helping clients establish business relationships with state, county, and municipal entities while also providing strategic guidance to navigate the complexities of legislative and executive branches.
Beyond public affairs, Dennis is a Co-Founder of Full Circle Technologies (FCT), a New Jersey-based business process automation and consulting firm. FCT designs, implements, and supports software solutions that enhance operational efficiency, allowing organizations to streamline critical processes and free employees from repetitive tasks to focus on higher-value work.
Before launching his own firm, Dennis held key roles in both the public and private sectors, including as Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC). He played a central role in the “Fix the DMV” initiative, helping modernize an agency burdened by outdated processes and administrative red tape.
A graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Business Administration, Dennis is also deeply engaged in his community, having served on several nonprofit boards throughout his career.
